Samuel Pepys in the City is bloody great, especially later in the afternoon once the crowds have gone and you have the little terrace right on the river to yourselves

The boys already called it with the wapping pubs.

Close to wapping station, or walk to them from a little further from either tower hill or limehouse, as lovely round there now.

I googled a few pubs by the Thames when sorting a Leo out few months back. Came across a great little gaff. Cheap beers, great garden with views. Plenty of tail.
